Tracking this down was interesting

The big, ongoing story in Northwest Arkansas concerns a woman that went missing here about ten days ago. Two days ago, a man was arrested and he is being charged with her murder, as well as abuse of her corpse.*

This one has felt different from the start. It began as a missing person case. But we soon heard from the cliched “reliable sources” that the woman was dead, but the police weren’t ready to announce it yet. There are various reasons for why this might be the case. But following the arrest a couple of days ago, I decided to dig a little bit.

All I could find was one prior case involving both of them. It was in June of this year…and it involved him filing for and receiving a restraining order against her.
