People I could live without at the gym

Hey, everyone. I hope all you fine people are having a wonderful weekend, celebrating or enjoying it as you see fit. My work schedule is still out of whack, so I work a nightside shift on Sunday. I have mixed in some solid weekend napping in advance of that. But I think we hired someone for weekends! So that would be great.

What I have not done is finish that post I’m working on that mentioned, so I decided to dip into my archives again. Here is an old blog post. I think that most of it would still apply today.
