Covering another big trial?

Not a lot of similarities to the case that brought me to federal court in Arkansas.

I arrived at work one day recently almost completely in the dark about what might be the next big trial that I cover. I’m referring to the arrest of Duane “Keffe D” Davis for the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur.

I remember when this happened. I wasn’t in Vegas at the time, and the details are fuzzy. I just knew that it occurred following a Mike Tyson fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, it was allegedly due to something gang-related, and it was a drive-by shooting not far from the Strip.
