Andor: First impressions

I'm predictably in the minority on this one

I don’t love it. I got bored.

Those are not sentences I usually say after watching Star Wars…anything. But they apply here.

I need to preface this by saying that I did not have sky-high expectations for this show, because of my feelings about Rogue One…which felt like the least Star Wars-y film of them all. I guess some people loved that aspect of it. I didn’t. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that it was a bad movie. The final act is fantastic. But the first two-thirds or so felt like a generic sci-fi war flick with a vague Star Wars skin applied to it, like a video game mod.
